Things you’ll need:

5-6 lb pork roast

<p><strong>Creamy Dressing</strong></p>
<p><strong>Things you’ll need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 pkg hidden valley ranch</li>
<li>1 cup mayonnaise</li>
<li>1 cup chopped cilantro</li>
<li>2 cloves garlic</li>
<li>3 tomatillos</li>
<li>1/3 cup buttermilk</li>
<li>1/4 tsp cayenne</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<p>Blend all ingredients except mayo in blender and mix well.  Then add mayonnaise and pulse until creamy  Store in fridge.</p>

<p><strong>Rice</strong></p>
<p><strong>Things you’ll need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 cups water</li>
<li>4 tsp chicken bullion</li>
<li>4 tsp minced garlic</li>
<li>1/2 bunch cilantro</li>
<li>1/2 onion, chopped</li>
<li>1 tsp cumin</li>
<li>1 can green chilis</li>
<li>3/4 tsp salt</li>
<li>1 tsp butter</li>
<li>3 cups uncooked rice</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<p>Blend in a blender all but rice.  Bring water to boil, add all ingredients.  Simmer 30 minutes.  Add lime juice if desired.</p>
